This is a beautiful place you should visit in Busan. To be honest, everywhere in Busan is awesome! (I like Busan compared to Seoul and Jeju) The people is nice and helpful; the view is beautiful; the food is cheap and delicious; the environment is relaxing and good to chill.
So, back to Haedong Yonggung Temple, this place give me experience on riding the subway, public bus and walking. Every place in Busan will let you experience all these anyway, it's not that modern and accessible by the subway to all places which is a good thing actually. For Haedong Yonggung Temple, you will need to ride the subway to Haeundae Station (Line 2) Exit 7 and later take bus 181. From the bus stop, you need to walk through an uphill walk which takes approximate 10 mins, provided there's no shelter so it would be hot if there's sun.
You will first pass through some gift and snack stall before this main entrance greeted by 12 zodiac statues. It will be followed along with a few Buddha statues and pagoda.
This temple is located beside the sea, walking down further you get an entire view of the temple located beside the coast. You see beauty nature of wave crushing the rocks. I shall let the photos speak on its own.
Bought this good food back. It's some flour with red bean filling inside. Some hot good food in the cold weather.
Lastly back to this bus stop opposite the road to go back to the city.
