To go there, take a subway to Toseong Station (Line 1) exit 6, walk towards Cancer Center Hospital, then take bus number 2 or 2-2. It's a mini bus that goes uphill, very sloppy and curvy narrow road with lots of ajummas and ajusshis as it's a small village where people really live in it but with those cute little house painted with colourful colours all together it becomes a tourist spot. You will spot a few guardian bird at the entrance and then a few shop along the way all with a unique theme, not to forget the cafe. Bought a few socks at 1000 won each, I cannot resist the Korean socks all with super cute design of pastel and cartoon. Apart from that, my sister bumps into a shop selling flip book where you make your move in 15 seconds and camera capture shot half a second so while you flipping the album the picture move. Photographer will guide you with all the decorative accessories and backgrounds to choose. Definitely creative!
There's a lot of colourful beautifully paint wooden fish everywhere here in this village, it becomes a trademark and you got to take a photo with this background. Anway, they served as an arrow pointing to the direction of a particular spot worth discovering :)
I spent my time on a random walk here and there on beautiful paintings and cute shops to visit. I do not visit every corner of it and conquer only a small part of it. You can get a map from the tourist centre with 2000 won and after the treasure hunt collecting all the stamp in the designated station you will get a free postcard which is a good deal. The view of this cute little buildings is another must take photo, very beautiful but angle really hard to get ah. Only got a few satisfied ones after so so many of trials.
Ending this post with an angel mural of me, hahahaha! Surprisingly it turns out very good, one of the best photo taken here. Was reluctant to take this photo at the first place as people are queueing and I'm a shy people, never had enough confidence to take picture in front the crowd. I'm glad they give me a push ;)
