Was supposed to write an entry few days before about ways to find happiness which sorts of continuing the previous topic but ended up got hook on another drama series, I just couldn't resist the wait. Thereby the postpone publish. Was thinking of writing a post on the drama too but will consider it once again since I have a few more pending post.
I am a very optimistic person, always choose to see the good side compared to the opposite. Aren't sure if this is good but definitely not too bad. I have friend who love who I am. Sometimes, my straightforward might have indirectly hurt someone but definitely without intention, it just slip out. As I grow, I learn to be more of the observer cause whenever I speak, a small part of it will surely go wrong. Nevertheless, I had this bunch of people loving me still :)

1. Don't insist on the best
People tends to always want themselves to be the best on everything they are working on, but the truth is there's always imperfection. Give yourself a break, the earth won't stop turning because of you. Do something unexpected, for example youth favorite YOLO! Or plan a holiday. pack your bag and just leave from the stress environment you are currently living to somewhere for fresh air.
2. Spend time with your favorite people
Your favorite people can always be your family, your spouse, your friend or even anyone else you find comfortable with. Talk to them and have deep meaningful conversation. Or maybe a hug without much word need to be utter (but this is rather hard as it can be very awkward sometimes). And most importantly always say please and thank you to anyone who done anything for you which include also your closest people.
3. Spend time on hobby
This is important! Cause if, I say if you don't get to work in the field you like, at least there's a hobby to work on after a stressful day. It can be reading book (something really tradition), coloring (the secret garden coloring book very famous nowadays), take a dance class, play computer game? Or maybe shutting the window and door tight and sing out loud on your favorite song. It might be easy as eat chocolate and drink coffee too (not hobby just extra activities, eating particularly).
4. Helping others
By spreading joy and happiness, you yourself will benefit from it as well. If you have time, it's good to be a volunteer for any NGO to help more helpless ones. Engage in meaningful activities not only gain you some knowledge where you can't obtain it from books but also expand your friend circle and also explore more. Be compassionate.
5. Practice gratitude
This can be hard at times. There's one season last year where this activity about practicing to write 3 gratitude each days failed by lots of people. Reason being everyday is a normal day for normal human being especially students, all you need to do is go to school study and get back home. There's hardly any extra activities on weekdays therefore it's very hard to recall what to be thankful of. But let's think from another aspect, wipe away all those extra thoughts you have and you will realize how lucky are you to be able to wake up today, having internet to access extra knowledge worldwide, able to fill your stomach with great food. Be grateful for everything :)
6. Set meaningful goal for yourself
Don't think it's too late. It's never too late. Yes this is indeed true! Not everyone have goal since they are young, they might not be studying the course they like the most, it's a finding while you are growing. Up till now, I still couldn't manage to figure out my ambition but I'm happy to set a few target and closely I believe I'm on my way to my goal :)
7. Stop caring so much about what other think
This is tough! I spent years to work out on this and currently still striving to be myself. And you got to stop worrying so much because most of the thing we worried never do happen :) And never put people down to make you feel happier as it doesn't work that way instead you will get lesser respect from others if you do so.
8. Smile more.
This is the last but also the most important of all. Smile :) You never know who will got attracted or influence by your smile when they had a bad day. Smile is simple, straightforward and most importantly sincere. Start practicing smiling and turn that frown upside down today :) You can look out more for google just by typing the power of smile. To lighten up your mood, dress up too! :)
