Port Dickson

This trip was so much an impromptu ones as aunt called me to ask if I'm available just the day before in the afternoon and she's coming to fetch me at night.

We depart around 11pm and reached just in time for lunch at Lucky Seafood Restaurant famous with their Lucky King Bun. It's chicken curry and few potatoes wrapped in a big bun. There's three flavor to choose. You can have a try as it's special in a way.

We later checked in to Primaland Resort, booked this resort because it claimed that they have water theme park. But, we are really disappointed with what we see. The room we stayed was not clean, you can see the dust flying in the air and a little too small for the price we paid, not to complain yet about some malfunction facilities in the room and it's far located from the town. We'll need to drive up to an hour to waterfront PD. However, the water theme park do cover up for the kids as they enjoyed it. Note that you need to carry along the purple envelop which is handed by the hotel management to a counter to exchange the water theme park ticket. And if you do not have extra ticket, you'll need to purchase it and they do have time period for that.

Not much place we visited. After the water play, we washed up and headed for our dinner at Kim's Seafood Palace. We had our table outside at first with the seaview and wind but not long after the rain started to pour so we had not choice but to move inside. Not sure how many dishes we ordered, it's either 7 or 8 dishes with total of 13 adults and 2 kids, and our bill comes with an amount of RM500++ which is considered kind of expensive. But with the decor and service we received, it's worth afterall.

Had a planned surprise birthday celebration there, eventually it turn out not so surprising later on when words spill out by someone. Had two birthday cake from King's chose by two kids. We sang birthday song in english and chinese version and later me making a wish. They say I'm 23 now, time to get a boyfriend. My cousin got surprise when he knows I'm no longer a teen but a grown up now, he thought I'm still the little kid he used to take care and make joke of.

Along the beach, you can see that there's a lot of tent setting up or even a tent car. The beach is almost full. Apart from that, there's a lot of Malay teens gang up racing motorcycle with stunts. A lot as in calculated by hundreds! Maybe it's due to the Malaysia national day I assumed a kind of celebration?

We wake up the next day having simple breakfast we bought from home. After tidying and packing, we checked out and went to waterfront PD once more for more proper breakfast. But end up the kids opted for McDonald.

Finally it's sand time! The place where the kids have waited for long. The adults have their little small picnic below the tree finishing the longan we brought and the kids rush towards the sea and sand for their castle building.

Qing trying to fill the pail with sand

Di bringing his kid to feel the sea water

The cutest Qian miserable face with Mummy Wei. He laugh lesser these day

The naughty grown up Guang pointing at his work

I tell him one is to less and now he's making more

Now he had three :)

After washing, I wanted to take a photo of him and this is what he do.

Showing his hand full of sand and laughing innocently. His sister took some time to clean up for him later

We later have our late lunch at Seremban Seafood Village for their famous crab. The restaurant is packed with people although it's not a peak lunch hour but probably because it's a public holiday. After our ordered, we are served with fried crackers and a special own make chili sauce. We ordered their signature baked crab and it's really nice and a bit salty considered I only eat the claw which is big in size (I don't really know how to eat crab). Apart from crab we do ordered a few more dishes such as fried rice and noodles, vegetable and meat. If there's any chance, will bring along my friend for these.

As for conclusion, Port Dickson wasn't a place for you to explore and have fun. It's so much a place you want to relax and do nothing. For people who love swimming, do find a hotel which have pool as their beach is very shallow and you can only at least wash your feet? Not a place I would go back or recommend?
