the eightfold path

11) Right understanding - Understanding the nature and origin of suffering, you should not just believe what you are told. Understand the truth of impermanence as every object will not be there for you forever

2) 2) Right thought / intention - We should fully understand the purpose of following the teaching of Buddha. We should make people around as more happy and not just thinking of ourselves.

3) 3)Right speech - Avoid lying , abusive and harmful words.

4) 4)Right action - Its closely related to the five precept: no killing, no stealing, no sexual misconduct, no lying and no taking of intoxicant (alcohol)

5) 5)Right livelihood - Earning money that does not harm the other living beings. No making weapons, do not control the workers like slave , do not produce any poison or pollutes the environment, no trades in meat or killing any living creature, no trade for alcohol and no telling lies to the customer.

6) 6)Right effort - Focusing in removing the bad and replace it with the positive. Doing more good things and doing fewer harmful things

7) 7)Right mindfulness - Keeping Buddhism in mind all the time. Aware and handle situation properly.

8) 8)Right concentration - Learning to concentrate on your breathing and calm down your mind – meditation.
