1) 1) Suffering - To live means to suffer, because the human nature is not perfect and neither is the world we live in. During our life time, we have to endure physical suffering such as pain, sickness, old age, and eventually death; and psychological suffering like sadness, fear, anger, disappointment, and jealousy. Life will never be perfect because our world is subject to impermanence as we are never able to keep permanently what we strive for, and just as happy moments pass by, we ourselves and our loved ones will pass away one day, too. Nothing last forever . so when you experience something bad, do tell yourselves that it won’t last. In the opposite, when you are experiencing happiness, do remind yourselves to enjoy it as it won’t last forever too. This will help you to be more aware as how you react when experiencing different mood.
2) 2) Cause of suffering - Cause of suffering is craving. We search for something nice to make us happy. But no matter how successful we are, we will never remain satisfied. We desire for sense; we desire to become; and we too desire to get rid of.
3) 3)The end of suffering - The third noble truth holds out hope for the cure. The Buddha taught us that if we practice, we can put an end to craving. Suffering can be overcome by removing the cause of suffering. End of suffering bring us to the state of nirvana.
44 4)Free from suffering - Life by the ideal of the noble eightfold path will make you felt better.
