Game over

Hi December! December is a month where it falls to be public favorites, it's symbolizing the end of a year, the month that you might want to look back on your resolution and achieve as much as possible, and countdown towards Christmas with exchanging gift, Christmas song, and Christmas decoration (fake snow for example).

It supposed to be a Penang hill writing full with beautiful scenery but I suddenly fell sick, so so sick where I start to ponder how did it got so bad. Before Penang hill, I had a continuous two days of sleeping at around 2am. It's been so long since I stay up late. Sleeping early and waking up early is what I been practicing this semester but occasionally I still break the rules hanging out with friends till midnight.

It started with itchy eyes then I turn to the mirror to see red spot around my eyes and sleeping with a swollen eyes. It's like the usual allergy routine I had after consuming panadol. But this time I consume only one tablet of paracetamol and the swell just don't go away for one whole day. I started to feel hot sometimes cold suspecting myself to have fever. Telling myself I should just pay a visit to the school clinic and get myself some medicine. I don't visit doctor if it's just some mild illness because I hate medicine, I'm allergy to lots of it.

I'm now recovering, not fully but better :) Sleeping for around 30 hours in 2 days (48 hours). Waking up with a heavy head but still better than having a swollen eyes that barely open. Head still spinning a little but still better than barely have energy to walk. Still feel like sleeping maybe effect of too much of sleep or it just the side effect of medicine. Lost my appetite probably because what I'm doing is just sit and sleep but still consuming food trying to not spoil my body more.

YOLO comes from the word you only live once. They say, go crazy while you are young! But guess I just need to accept the fact that I no longer young and my body couldn't take it furthermore. Now I opt for more of natural activities in the morning than midnight supper and talks (I'll still glad to have it once in awhile). Treat your body well, it's a lifetime thing. Without a healthy body, you will no longer enjoy fun.
