This time round in the middle of internship I went to Penang again during weekend, a very short trip back for Cheng Meng, indeed a rushing ones. Penang is always called as the food paradise so how can I not treating myself a good meal before leaving. This is the brunch we had after cheng meng before leaving Penang in Bukit Mertajam. The famous cup rice at Bukit Mertajam located at Jalan Danby, it's just a small stall beside the roadside so you might bypass it, no fear for that, you can ask the people there and they will show you the way.
This is how the stall look like with the aunty working on the food. There's always queue and the sitting place is limited so basically is based on your luck :P

And Tadaa-aa! The cup rice which sell at RM4 per plate which come with a bowl of soup, the same bowl used for the preparation of the cup rice.
